• We never see, upload, store, or transmit the video or audio files you convert. All conversion happens locally in your web browser using WebAssembly technology.
• We do not require an account.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data.
• We use limited, anonymous analytics and contextual advertising to keep the service free.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Files you convert

None. Your videos and audio files are processed entirely on your device. They are never sent to our servers.

2.2 Server logs

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically records standard web logs including IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp. These logs are used solely for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate traffic analysis.

2.3 Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used (page views, popular features, broad geographic regions). The data is aggregated and cannot personally identify you.

2.4 Local storage

We use your browser's local storage only to remember UI preferences such as your dark/light mode choice. This data never leaves your device.

We may use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Essential cookies — needed for the site to function (none are required for the converter itself).

Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form only. Your converted files exist on your device only — we have no access to them and no way to recover them.
